Enrollments Coordinator (Sales) – Cape Town

Join our growing team as we welcome yet another new member to the TravelBud family. As an Enrollments Coordinator at TravelBud, you will have the responsibility of inspiring people from around the world to sign up for one of our international teaching, volunteering or internship programs.

Your role is to help change lives by guiding potential applicants to choose their ideal experience overseas.

Our applicants come from the USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, and Australia, so strong interpersonal skills and a drive to connect with people from a diverse range of countries is important.

Salary:

Your salary will be comprised of a fixed basic salary as well as a sales based commission for the applicants you sign up. The typical earning potential is outlined below and commission is limitless.

Typical earning potential of R13,000 – R17,000.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Communication and passion are key and you will be on the phone and writing emails a lot!

Your main responsibilities include the following, but as with any growing company you may be asked to jump in wherever needed, while learning new skills:

  • Communicating telephonically and via email with our applicants and providing them with all the information they need about our programs
  • Signing up and converting applicants onto our programs
  • Sharing first-hand experience and guidance from your time teaching English or traveling abroad

Requirements:

  • Able to work well within a team
